How to read this research record.
A title is not a status label. This guide separates journal publication, preprint, conference association, conceptual contribution, synthetic pilot, and production-system evidence so that each claim carries the weight its source can support.
A primary-source reconciliation identifies ten canonical research works associated with Emanuel Shirbint after DOI and version-lineage deduplication. Four are peer-reviewed journal articles. Six have a preprint record; within that group, conceptual frameworks, synthetic pilots, and a preprint with associated conference material are identified separately.
Peer-reviewed journal record
These four works have journal and bibliographic records that support the label peer-reviewed journal article. The links below resolve to the publisher or PubMed record.

Public preprints and conceptual or synthetic research
These records are public and citable, but their hosting platforms identify them as preprints or posted content. They must not be described as peer-reviewed journal articles unless a later publisher record establishes that status.
PreprintConceptual framework
From Plausible Narrative to Sound Abduction
A governed abductive architecture for medical digital twins in multiple sclerosis care. The paper specifies an architecture and staged validation protocol; it does not report clinical deployment or validated patient outcomes.
PreprintConceptual frameworkVersion lineage
Human Digital Twins and Self-Knowledge
Two public DOI records represent a verified retitling lineage and are treated as one canonical work, not two independent publications: the 1 June title and the canonical 2 June title.
PreprintSynthetic pilot
A Topological Robustness and Anti-Fragility Framework for LLM Agents
The public record describes a controlled proof of concept using generated agent traces. It is not external validation over production LLM agents.
PreprintSynthetic pilot
Measuring What Survives
The paper reports instrument validation on synthetic traces and prospectively specifies external testing. It does not claim demonstrated predictive validity on production agents.
PreprintConceptual framework
When Local Truth Produces Global Falsehood
A conceptual account of moral grounding, institutional volition, normative translation, and systemic error in AI-mediated action.
Preprint, conference work, and code: one research bundle
PreprintConference associationOpen-source code
TotalSpineSeg
The public preprint, supplementary material, ISMRM conference record, and open-source repository describe one research work with associated assets. The conference association is not treated as evidence of journal peer review.

What the record supports
Taken together, the records support a public research profile spanning peer-reviewed clinical and imaging research, conference-associated spine-segmentation work, and non-peer-reviewed research on governed agent systems, LLM-agent safety evaluation, medical and human digital twins, and institutional AI governance.
They do not by themselves support claims about current employment, advisory relationships, awards, product deployment, or clinical efficacy. Those claim classes require separate evidence and remain separate from publication status.
Method and source policy
- Identity matched on the canonical name Emanuel Shirbint; Hebrew and Russian name variants remain identity aliases, not separate people.
- Works were reconciled by DOI, author list, title, date, and explicit version lineage.
- Publisher, PubMed, Preprints.org, Research Square/Crossref, conference-index, and repository records were preferred over aggregators.
- Citation counts were checked in Crossref and Europe PMC on 31 July 2026 but are not reproduced here because the counts were not consistent across sources.
- This page does not alter external profiles and does not use Google Drive as canonical storage.
